families, exercise and bike within our
neighborhood. Neighbors are required to keep
their sidewalks cared for. Please see FAQ's for

Now that summer is right around the corner, it is
time to make sure you are aware of our new
summer pool hours. To avoid problems of non-
residents using the pool, your Board has enforced
the use of pool tags this season.
The pool tags will be issued only to those
residents in good standing and only during the
following hours:

May 22, 2010 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
